Any person who received a parking summons who believes there are reasons to appeal the ticket, may file a written appeal. A Summons Appeal form must be completed and submitted to the Public Safety Office within five (5) days of the date of the summons. All appeals will be reviewed by the Parking Appeals Board consisting of two students, one staff member, one faculty member, one college administrator and one Public Safety administrator. After the Board has made a decision, you and the Public Safety Office will be notified in writing of the outcome of the appeal. The decision of the Board is final.
